The table below shows how many teams per discipline each FAI member country may register.
The maximum number of participants per team will vary depending on the discipline.

Each NAC will receive an email invitation with the PRELIMINARY ENTRY FORM to fill out the required information of the team(s) representing their country.
Once the form is filled out, signed and stamped, the NAC representative should send it to :

Once a complete form is received, the organiser will initiate an e-mail communication with the contact person to confirm the preliminary entry of the NAC as well as finalise the registration process.
Based on the information submitted by the NAC, details will be sent via e-mail to each NAC and to each Team Captain to access the Final Entry online form.
Once all details are completed, the NAC/Team Captain will be asked to complete the payment*. An Invoice will be sent containing with bank transfer details.
*Competitors will be required to pay any bank transfer charges issued by their bank.

Should any changes to the number of teams or team members, the change can only be made by the NAC Representative.

For the purpose of all indoor skydiving disciplines, a junior competitor is a person whose 13th birthday occurs either during or before the calendar year in which the relevant competition takes place and whose 18th birthday occurs either during or after the calendar year in which the relevant competition takes place
For dynamic the max number of teams in both disciplines is 32. If the number of teams exceeds this the NACs with the highest number of registered teams will be asked to reduce their number of teams.
* Airspace Indoor Skydiving wishes to give each team a fair possibility to book training time at the competition arena. Therefore a maximum of 30 minutes of training time per team per day can be booked from March 28, 10 days prior to the start of the event. Remaining free time will be sold at the organiser’s discretion after the deadline of Final Registration March 1. All team members have to be present and flying.
Off Peak (Mon-Sun 09-23) : 518,90€ (550 VAT incl.) per hour.
Peak (All other hours) : 566€ (600 VAT incl.) per hour.
Each team or freestyle performer, whose official registration duly reaches the Organiser of the competition before its official deadline, will have the opportunity, under the terms and condiditons set by the organiser, to book a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes of training time between 8:00 and 24:00 pm (local time of the competition) to be performed within forty-eight (48) hours prior to Official Speed Setting Flights. The team must book this time with the Organiser before the official registration deadline. After the deadline the Organiser may offer the remaining time to anyone. Junior performers have priority between 08:00 and 18:00.

The entry fees are per team and must be paid upon reception of your invoice at the time of final application submission. Payments can also be made via bank transfer.
Late registration may be accepted if a capacity allows.The Entry Fee will be increased by 20% and the FAI/IPC Sanction Fee added to that.
Withdrawal from an FCE:
A competitor who, or team which, withdraws before the official start date, from an FCE that does take place, having had their entry accepted, will be entitled to a refund of 50% of any entry fees paid (excluding Sanction Fees, which are not refundable). A competitor, who or team which, withdraws after the official start date, from an FCE that does take place, having had their entry accepted, will have no right to a refund of any entry fees paid. For this purpose, entry fees paid will exclude any fee levied for late submission of the entry or late payment of the entry fees.
